Standard Returns (Within 30 Days)

Retail customers may return products within 30 days from the date the product is received, provided that:
    •    The product is in original condition
    •    The product is unopened, undamaged, and properly stored

All returns must be approved in advance by our team before being sent back.

Expired Product Returns (After 30 Days)

Returns after 30 days are accepted only in the case of product expiration.
If a product has expired and remains in the retailer’s possession, it may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
    •    The product is verified as expired
    •    The product has been stored according to recommended guidelines.
    •    The return request is submitted promptly after expiration is identified.

Important Notes

   •    Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
    •    Credits or replacements will be issued at our discretion after inspection.
